Home At Last Cat Rescue
During the pandemic, I got in contact with Home At Last Cat Rescue to foster any cat who needed some care. Little did I know that I would continue to foster to this day and help over 25 cats find their forever homes!
People always ask me how can I possibly give up the cats that I foster? I will often tell them that they have better lives at their new homes. Some cats get windows that they can watch the birds from and others get to go home with kids who loves to cuddle with them at night and become their best friends. It's moments like those that remind me why I do this.
Fostering has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. There is nothing that can compare to a kitten deciding to sit on your lap and falling asleep there.
I have fostered kittens, adult cats, geriatric cats, cats with chronic diseases, and neonatal bottle-fed kittens.
